Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or change your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.

Children Policy

Children are welcome at Revive, if the child has an appointment or is at your appointment with you, they must be supervised by another adult (who is not receiving services) at all times!

Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our team. We have the utmost respect for our parent clients and some of our team members are parents themselves.
