I’ve been in the Cosmetology field for twenty two years. During that time I have been able to make people look and feel beautiful from the inside out – what a wonderful gift to be able to give.  

Keeping up with my education has helped me achieve this. Education has been by far the biggest and most important success marker of my career in this industry.

I regularly attend industry trade shows, training classes, and webinars. I’m proud to have completed the TIGI Academy in NYC for Cut and Color and had the pleasure of training as a makeup artist with one of TIGI’s top educators. My latest venture has been training to become an Electrologist and Laser Technician.

I graduated from the New England Institute of Electrology in Tewksbury, MA. I also attended the National Laser Institute in Boston, MA where I became a Certified Laser Technician. 

Now that I have been practicing as an Electrologist and a Laser Technician, I’ve found a new passion. I’m enjoying this new journey and grateful for the paths it has led me to.

Revive Salon & Spa is a venture that Hilary Robitaille and I are excited to bring to this community.

When I describe what I do in one word I choose “LOVE”. I’m in love with what I do! Every day I head out the door and think about where I’m going and I can’t help but be happy.

Angie and I opened REVIVE to give happiness back to our clients. We strive to make the client experience relaxing and rewarding. 

I have over ten years of experience in the Cosmetology field. I am proud to keep up with the latest trends and techniques. I have traveled to NYC twice to receive extensive training from TIGI’s top educators in hair and makeup.  I am also Keratin Complex Certified and a Deva Cut Specialist.

Education is key. I always work to enhance my skills in order to give my clients the experience they deserve.

I’ve always had a passion for the beauty industry and was looking for a way to take that passion into my career. I entered the cosmetology program at Northwestern Technical Center and graduated from BFA and NCTC in 2022. After graduating I decided to go to Paul Mitchell for Esthetician school, so I moved just outside of ATL, GA for nine months and truly enjoyed my learning at Paul Mitchell and the experiences I came away with. I’ve always enjoyed helping people feel beautiful and providing confidence in them and what they need. I am beyond
grateful for my opportunity to work in the field I love and am passionate about. When I am not working, I enjoy being outside with my dogs or spending time with my family. I feel blessed to have a wonderful spa like Revive to help me get started in the esthetician journey.

I was born in Vermont, but grew up in Corbett, Oregon. I moved back to Vermont in 2001. My life took me in the direction of working with at-risk youth. I worked with children for 15 years. I have always been interested in skin care and beauty products. As a child, I would practice on my younger sisters. It didn’t always go as planned, but I loved playing with different products. I took an Eyelash Extensions course in 2020. That really opened the door for me. I took a giant leap of faith and enrolled in the Esthetician program at Aveda O’Brien’s Institute where I graduated in 2022. I’m very enthusiastic to start this new chapter in my life. Everyone should feel amazing in their own skin and I’m here to help. The beauty industry is always evolving and I can’t wait to continue to learn and grow in this field.

Although I may be new to working in a salon, being a stylist has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I grew up always wanting to do my friends’ hair and makeup. I even used

to talk my dad into coming to “Kristin’s Beauty Parlor”. The fact that I’m able to do this as my career is nothing short of a dream come true. Whether it’s brightening you up for summer, or a full face of makeup for that special occasion, I’m your girl! I love helping clients transform their inspiration photos into reality.

Nothing makes me happier than making others feel beautiful. When you sit in my chair, it’s all about you. I am a true believer that the time you invest in yourself will always benefit you the most in the end. You deserve it!

I am constantly researching new trends and techniques to give you the most amazing results while keeping your hair as healthy as possible. I test products on myself so I can give you recommendations based on experience. 

In my free time you can usually find me at the dog park with my dog Murph, shopping, or spending time with my niece. I also sneak away for the occasional trip to Florida to lay on the beach & put my toes in the sand. Come in & see me so we can give you the time you deserve! 

I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2011. During that time, I have had the chance to work at the O’Brien’s Aveda Concept Salon in Essex Junction and even opened my own salon in my hometown of Richford. I took a few years off from being in the hair industry to focus on my family, but am now so happy to be back into the game.  I really love getting to meet new people and establishing new connections and relationships, all while making them look and feel their best.

On a personal note, I am a native Franklin County Vermonter. I spend most of my time outside the salon taking care of my two children and spending time with my husband.

In 2015 I graduated from O’Briens Aveda Institute and became a cosmetologist. Since then I’ve completed courses at the Redken Exchange NYC and online color programs from various educators. In the salon, I aim to help others reach their goal of looking and feeling their best! Creating customized colors and new styles for my guests is what makes me happiest behind the chair. I also have fun doing hair & makeup for special occasions. When I’m not in the salon I enjoy time outdoors, making new recipes, road trips, and live music!

Throughout my 16 years in the hair industry, I have met so many wonderful people over the years who are not only continued clients but are now also lifelong friends. I am overjoyed when a client leaves my chair with a smile on their face. It gives me a sense of accomplishment. Making people feel good about themselves is why I love what I do. I strive to stay up to date on the latest trends and I am very passionate about my work. Come see me and we can work together to make your hair vision a reality.

Born and raised in Highgate, I never pictured myself being in the cosmetology field, I always loved it but wasn’t sure I had what it took to thrive in the industry. I took a random chance one day and sent in my application and was accepted. From that point on, I discovered how much I loved nails, I started at a salon where I was given the chance to become a nail tech, and much to my surprise, it took off. I love my ever-expanding clientele, I don’t consider my clients, clients, they’re more like friends and I love coming to work every day feeling like, between clients and co-workers, I’m just hanging out with my friends all day. I absolutely love my job and coming in every single day. I’ve never had the passion and love for my work as I do at Revive. I am trained in gel polish manicures, gel artificial nails, SNS dip powder nails, and pedicures.

Nail Tech

I am a licensed Nail Technician and studied at O’briens Aveda Institute. From a young age I’ve shown interest in nail design. As I got older, I had friends coming to my small apartment to get their nails done. We’d sit on my couch for hours while they critiqued every step to ensure it was the perfect set of nails. Doing nails and chatting with friends never felt like a chore nor was it a job. It was something I looked forward to and enjoyed in my free time!

I applied to school with the worry that if I turned what I love into a career, I wouldn’t love it anymore. I could not have been more wrong! Each day comes excitement and testing my creative boundaries, all the while my clients are becoming my friends! I am detail-oriented, take my time, and want great results just like you. I specialize in gel and acrylic artificial nails, as well as traditional manicures and pedicures. I look forward to expanding my clientele and keeping my passion alive!
